Hygiene
All of our products are managed to ensure that hygiene, safety and our client standards are never compromised. Our linen meets the Australian Standard for Laundry Practice AS4146 through the use of steam injection in the commercial launderer washing process.
Customer relations officer
At TWL, each customer is also specially appointed a customer relations officer whom touches base with the customer to ensure the customer supplier relationship remains strong. It is important to ensure that deliveries are made in the right way, quality is first class and the customer is HAPPY!
