TWL Linen services is a 100% Australian owned company. We are affectionately known as The Laundry Guys©. We provide both linen hire and customer's own goods. We are conveniently situated in Leichhardt. Over the 25 years we have proudly served the likes of ANA Hotel, Quest Apartments Franchise Chain, The Watermark, Masuya Group, The Botany Bay, and other well known names.

With humble beginnings with the suburban garage and the one washing machine in Hornsby hiring out hot towels, the business has grown considerably over time and has moved on three separate occasions to bigger locations. Currently, TWL is situated on a premise spanning 500 square meters with cutting edge launderer technology brands including Lavatec, Jensen and Milnor. Our team at TWL are continually striving to develop innovative practices which can lead to cost effective linen hire solutions for customers. We at TWL aim to delight our customers and have different KPI’s to measure and improve customer satisfaction levels, delivery times, and quality.

Each year TWL processes over 20000 tonnes of linen. We can handle huge volumes of linen and are a preferred supplier for many event managers, restaurants and hotels which cater for events such as the Rosehill Garden Races, Bathurst 2000, Chinese New Year festivities, corporate functions and exhibitions.  TWL supplies not only the wider Sydney but have a customer base spanning Wollongong, Windsor, Blacktown and ever expanding throughout NSW. Our linen hire service has even been starred on commercial television!
